Amazing hotel
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel, super clean, great service, lovely rooms, amazing pool and rooftop bar/restaurant. I am having hard time leaving this place- loved every minute; once you’re there, you will not want to leave! The location is also very convenient, about 40/50 mins away from the airport and 15/20mins away from other popular places to eat etc. Hotel rooms are quiet- what you want in Delhi.

You made us enjoy our short stay in Delhi
Pros:

resto staff & room maintenance staff …. and reception staff

Cons:

I gave negative reviews for the reception staff the past 2 reviews but they have improved a lot, in terms of services, personality & hospitality .. kudos to all at the reception including those staffing the doors & security.

Mostly everything in the hotel was great — the hotel had very clean room, nice breakfast, a great infinity pool on the top floor, good room service, and the location was quite useful to get around downtown and old Delhi. When I needed medicine to handle a stomach issue, the front desk helped me, contacting a local drug store and getting what I needed. The restaurant on the top floor is also very fine; I recommend trying the butter chicken or momos.

Cons:

The reason why I gave an eight instead of 10 is because the hotel connected my group with a tour service for visiting Taj Mahal, and our experience was not the greatest. The car to drive us to Agra was smaller than expected; we were six and the car really was meant for five people. Three of us, who are all average weighted adults, had to really squeeze in the back seats for the 3hr drive. So, make sure to check your car in advance. Our car had logo from the hotel. Also, although the tour guide knew and gave us some general information about the area, it felt like he was more interested in getting us to purchase picture services and buy handicrafts. Since we were a group of six fascinated by history, architecture, social issues, culture, and food, it felt like we did not get the experience we were seeking. While the tour guide met us in Agra and wasn’t direct staff from the hotel, it was the hotel services agent that connected us with the guide. The guide also did not alert us that we could not take books or granola bars inside the Taj — so we had to through some granola bars away. The book I could not throw away so the guide talked to the storage people to keep it for him, paying some 20 rupees after for collection. If I were to do this again, I would have communicated more our group interests — deep history overview and visit to specific shops that we had planned in advance, not the shops our guide wanted to take us to.
