Für Delhi völlig ok und sauber
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber.

Wirklich großartig war LATIF vom Travel Desk, der uns ein super Taxi samt Guide für den Gewürzmarkt in Delhi organisiert hat.
Für unsere weiteren Etappen hat Latif einen Fahrer von Udaipur nach Ranthambore National Park und in weiterer Folge von Sawai Madhopur nach Agra mit 2 sehenswerten Zwischenstopps organisiert. Auch während dieser Trips hat er immer wieder mal nachgefragt, ob alles klappt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok. Allerdings war die Auswahl nicht besonders groß und das Restaurant-Personal nur mäßig gastronomisch geschult. Die Kuchen etc. und das Gemüse (Karotten, Gurken, Tomaten) waren ziemlich vertrocknet und haben den Eindruck gemacht, als hätten sie schon mehrere Tage das Frühstücksbuffet geziert.

Inexperienced front desk staff
Cons:

The front desk staff early in the morning for an early check in was terrible at their job and couldn’t handle simple payments. Charged me double of early check in fee and I had to raise it myself later. Thereafter, did not know how to refund and I had to follow up multiple times, still haven’t received the refund.

Nice building with nice rooms/restaurants in a very messy busy area. Luvraj was very helpful

Good business hotel
Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable as you would expect from this grade of hotel.

Cons:

The location was not good for a tourist. It was miles from any attractions. The streets nearby were not pleasant for walking around. Stay near Connaught place or in New Delhi.

Cons:

in the bath room way of door not happy. if family it's ok. we stayed with colleague i am not happy with this type of bath room door. Before allot the room please check with guest if its ok. Both not comfortable this type bath door.

A Delightful Stay with Superb Hospitality at Novotel New Delhi.
Pros:

Dinner and Breakfast

Cons:

Location was really off for me.
Even though I included the stay for extra person which bumped up the price, still they didn't offer extra bed. They charged further more to setup extra bed for my child and the room was simply not big enough to accomodate the extra bed.
