Cons:

The hotel demanded exyra 500 rupees from us on top of what was supposed to be paid. They made us wait for more than one hour saying they didnt know of our arrival. We had already paid half the full amount in advance, when convaying this they snaped back at us and asked us to contact with oyo customer service. Anyway after we agreed to pay extra 500 they allowed us to stay. We were new to Hyderabad and we felt like being taken advantage of our helplessness in the moment. Dont choose this stay.
