Die Umgebung und das Restaurant das nicht zum Etno selbst gehört.

Zuerst zu BOOKING COM: Hatte das Hotel schon 14 Tg. gebucht kommt von Ihnen ein neuerliches Angebot! Wie können Sie so ein Haus mit 5 Sternen bewerten? 3 sind zu viel! Heute Morgen BOOKINGCOM schickt um sieben Uhr Anfrage wie war Ihr Aufenthalt! Für 2 Pers. im Zimmer ein Wasserglas, Waschbeckegröße für eine halbe Person. Zum Zähneputzen keine Gläser. Zimmerreinigung um halb drei Nachmittag noch immer nicht! Am Balkon Taubenkot eingetrocknet! Frühstück 1 mal kein Kaffee weil INSTANT Maschine defekt. Kaffeeersatz vom Büfett nicht möglich!!! Kaffeelöffel aus Plastik Stäbchen, essen Sie damit ein weichgekochtes Ei ?? Alles zusammen gefasst war es ein REINFALL!!

Overall great experience, we came for a night but decided to prolong our stay for one night more to enjoy all the beaut
Pros:

Very beautiful territory of the complex, lots of artificial lakes and small rivers with fish and swans. Tennis courts and kids play grounds, nice restaurants with tasty food. Good SPA zone and variety of massages.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor, not enough selection. Rooms in hotel Leonida are too small, there were mosquitoes at night. Spa is nice but small, the water in the pool is too cold and it’s a long way from a pool to sauna. Kids are not allowed to sauna and no other place to warm them after the pool
