Nothing was good at all the room was so stinky honestly the rates I paid for the room was not even worth this was the stinkiest room I have ever got with booking.com + the staff the service nothing they provide in name of the service the bed was broken too literally me and my husband were very exhausted and fed up after seeing all this dirt and filth .....I would not suggest any one to stay in this place the room was too dirty smelly and the AC was not even working in the room and AC was leaking too the shitiest place 🤮🤮

It is pathetic don't stay here
Pros:

I like the quick response of the reception when I told them that some people nearby my room where making noise they quickly take up the situation in their hand and immediately stop these noise by the people staying other room.

Cons:

It is absolutely pathetic ROOM and they are charging too much when I went for the bathing area all the water are came into my bedroom it is horrible room can't stay here better pay 500 more and stay somewhere

Cons:

1. No cleaning, the bedsheet and comforter had bad odour.
2. Comforter was completely ruined and torned at some places.
2. Toilet commode doesn't have plastic seat on it, if you sit on it, your ass will go inside. And the flush is leaking 24*7 is a cherry on the cake.
3. I was asked to pay 400-500 rupees extra even after paying online, when asked they said this is what we charge, we don't care about what you paid online, that is not our charges, if you want to stay pay more.
3. Room does not have intercom to connect to reception for any help or query. You have to walk all the way down to ask for anything.
4. Roof fan is removed and the wires were hanging loose, completely dangerous.
5. Bed sheet had ciggerate burns on it.
6. No towel was provided. You are charging 1000 bucks for a night and services are worse than the one that are charging 300 a night.
7. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a decent place as they are paying their hard earned money, if you're expecting good ambience and good services just like a normal person does, than there are better places. If not, and if you're okay with all the points i shared above. Then you're welcome my friend.
