Pros:

コップが紙コップになっていたが、ビニールに入っていて、かえってこの方が清潔だと安心できた。

Cons:

エアコンが効いておらず寒かった。
あと、蒲田にはアパが何軒もあり、場所を間違えてしまった。　近くに何軒かあることを予約の際に注意喚起してもらえたら良かった

喫煙場所が分かりにくかった。
部屋に喫煙所が分かるように、何か書いておいて欲しかった。　あったら私の見落としなので、すいません。

Small, yet comfortable room that’s perfect for a solo traveler.
Pros:

Close to the airport (less then 15 minutes by train) nearby are a bunch of restaurants, there is even a little Don Quijote at the train station nearby to fill up your suitcase with last minute gifts/souvenirs the night before your flight. Bed is very comfortable and they bring you a fresh towel every day as long as you leave your used one on the bag provided outside your room. Plus free soap and shampoo and a few other amenities provided in every room.

Cons:

The room itself is small which could be an annoying if you are traveling with multiple suitcases or if two people decide to share a room. I

Everything about the hotel was good. The room was small but well designed. The location to the trains were very good as well as the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not bad for a short stay
Pros:

I was a solo traveller and booked for the twin room. While the amenities are basic, the room was actually fairly spacious and larger than some of the business hotels that I've stayed in central Tokyo. There was a 50+ inch LCD TV and a fully operable air conditioner. Check-out process is automated, simply by leaving your keycard in a special box.
The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Keikyu Kamata station which is only 20 to 40 minutes ride to Haneda airport.

Cons:

The extractor fan in the bathroom is old and noisy, maybe the bearings are worn out and it either needs replacing or lubrication. You can turn it off for some peace and quiet though.
The pillows are filled with sobakawa (buckwheat hulls) and while they are durable pillows, whatever is in them pokes you in the face as you try to sleep. The other alternative pillow is a hard foam block that has a contour that doesn't match side sleepers. The beds are comfortable but the pillows made it difficult to sleep. Checkout time is early at 10AM.
