Fantastic location but I recommend you skip their breakfast plan.
Pros:

This APA hotel is located truly 3 minutes from the Keikyu Kamata station and about 7 minutes away from JR Kamata station. Really easy to get to either train station depending upon your destination. All sort of restaurants you can choose from and grocery stores if you decide to buy some snacks and bento type meals are near by. I had a room that faced to the north and didn’t like it so I asked for another room in the following day and they were willing to give me another room! The mattress was very comfortable. Show worked great!

Cons:

We all know all rooms are rather small in Japan. My room charges included breakfast. But I only ate there once out of 5 days I stayed. I founded the food items not appealing, in my opinion. I could see that they try to meet the needs of different tastes but I would rather have less variety but higher qualifier of food. I will pick up breakfast from nearby convenient stores if I stay at this location ruin in the future.
