Pros:

very good location, not far from the main beaches and "promenade" of Ksamil. Breakfast was good, including basic staples - buffet style, yet not excessive choice.

Cons:

Room was quite small for 2 people, so make sure what type of room you book - the one my friends stayed in was bigger and nicer. Also the area is very lively - so you have everything form many restaurants and bars to street dogs all over the place
