Soggiorno fantastico con vista mozzafiato!
Pros:

Lo staff molto disponibile e cordiale ha reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. La camera molto bella e accogliente con una bella vista. Pulizia okay, migliorabile, ma buona. La cucina è stata molto buona e flessibile a tutte le nostre richieste da occidentali. Si sono resi disponibili a consigliare e gestire la prenotazione di taxi ed esperienze. Super consigliato.

Pros:

Our room was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing. We had a stunning view and the hotel has a beautiful garden. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was incredible and so varied. Lots of thoughtful little touches made for a really excellent stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly too. We stayed in lots of places during our tour of south India and this was one of our favourites. We only wish we could have stayed there longer.

Overall, an excellent stay. It was a memorable experience.
Pros:

Beautiful property, Great Location and still close to the city at the same time. The place, the room, the quality of the furnishings, fittings and toiletries, the staff, the food everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time at the willow hill. The breakfast was amazing. The complimentary snacks in room was a nice touch.

Cons:

The home made chocolates which were complimentary could be of better quality.

Exceptional Experience at Willow Hill
Pros:

Willow Hill exceeded all our expectations. This quaint little hotel tucked away from the main city offers really cozy rooms. We stayed in Jacaranda and loved our room. The amenities in the room were excellent, with complementary snacks and cookies placed.

The environment is also serene and cozy. The lawns are lush and well maintained and the views are just breathtaking. There's a lovely tea plantation just a few meters away that is perfect for walks.

Everyone at the hotel were kind, the manager Mr. Lakshminarayan went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. He was prompt and supported us with whatever we required. He also helped us arrange for autos to get around the city and provided us with solid restaurant recommendations to visit around Ooty.

The head chef at the restaurant, Mr. Murali ensured our breakfast was taken care of. We had some of the best vadas and dosas here. And the filter coffee was amazing. He also accommodated my request on making rasam, as it's my comfort dish and not a usual menu offering. The food offerings at the restaurant are reminiscent of home cooked food, which was an added comfort to the whole atmosphere of the hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant and were happy with what we ordered.

Overall, we wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this to people looking for a quiet, scenic stay in Ooty.

Room was clean

Cons:

Pretty much everything. Food was very expensive. The fruits they said complimentary were very old l, there were no refreshments in the fridge and there was no bottled mineral water. The weather was warm and surprisingly there was no fan and we were sweating the whole night without proper sleep.

Pros:

Staff service was exceptional. Especially the manager Mr. Lakshmi Narayan takes great care of the guest well being. Food was good. Lawn is maintained well, open space facilities are good.

Cons:

Peak season rates are high. The rooms in ground floor have wooden steps to reach them. So if you get a noisy guest in next room then night sleep will be disturbed.
