Came for the views, stayed for the excellent hospitality.
Pros:

- View from the room
- General ambience of the place
- Very good food at reasonable price
- The hospitality was top notch, all the staff from Manager to restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff made us feel welcome.
- Restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our special request for a dish, and my wife loves it and called it the highlight of the trip. Thanks to Chef Murali and his lovely team.
- Good parking space
- A 7kW AC EV charger by Rebolt/Zeon is fitted within the premises, as an EV owner this made the trip so much easier.

Cons:

- Nothing much, few minor issues noted with TV/Lamp etc shared with the Hotel team.

Hôtel très agréable sur les hauteurs de Ooty , y séjourner sans hésiter .
Pros:

Nice breakfast , excellent diner thanks to a great chief who understands very well your own taste ( Medium or No spicy ! )
You can go downtown thanks to a good walkable shortcut .
Wonderfull view from the rooms and gardens are very pretty .

Cons:

Pros:

We had 4 wonderful nights at Willow Hill. The front of staff helped with all our extra needs such as drivers, advice on shopping and day tours. The food was excellent. We ate at the more expensive place next door but the food at Willow Hill was far superior. When we first entered our room, the view of the mountains through the huge window took our breath away, Loved it.

Wonderful stay in Ooty.
Pros:

The location, views, wooden vintage room design, the amenities, the people, food and hospitality of the people, just amazing. I asked to pay later than check-in, they didn't have a problem with it, perfect hosts in my opinion. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

I can't recall a single bad thing.

Pros:

The views, the room, the restaurant, the menu the service. All excellent. Very good room wonderful views. Very comfortable

Cons:

The bedroom floor was polished to the extent that the rug was a danger to step on.

Wonderful views and hospitality
Pros:

The views from our room (fir, adjacent to tea tree) were stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can walk into town and it is easy to get a tuktuk back. The restaurant is good and there is also an excellent restaurant and bar opposite. There is a hiking area just up the road near monarch

Wonderful hotel, stunning views
Pros:

We already booked for 2 nights(fir) but then managed to book a night in spathodia as we decided to arrive a day earlier. The accommodation is fantastic. Spathodia is ground floor and you have a lovely garden. The location was perfect for us. Out of the city noise but you can walk into ooty (footpath just up hill to right, just a few tricky steps at the start, or walk on the road, photo taken from the footpath) it is easy to get a tuktuk back. Also the hotel will arrange transport. The views are stunning and there is a lovely garden. The staff are very helpful. The restaurant serves good food but there is also a lovely restaurant opposite with a beautiful old bar.. You can hike near monarch at the top of the hill

A bit of noise early morning from the bathroom plumbing but this wasn't an issue for us

It was an excellent stay
Pros:

The property was very clean with modern facilities. The areas surrounding the hotel, which included the gardens and flower beds were well maintained. The kitchen provided tasty meals and the Chef accommodated some of our additional requests as we had senior citizens in our group. Above all the staff and the Manager, Mr. Lakshminarayan, were very cordial and helpful. They proactively assisted us with our needs. Overall it was a very memorable stay and we will choose this place again if we visit Ooty.

Pros:

We loved our stay here, the staff were amazing, attentive and nothing was too much for them. We stayed in Walnut room and enjoyed the view watching the landscape change as the mists came in. ( January) and as the sun set. The little extras such as chocolates and savoury snacks in the room were appreciated and the beds and pillows very super comfortable.. Food was really good, we ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Cons:

This is more of a feedback, the dining room in the evening was cool so maybe a heater or two would help take the chill off . Also in the advertising pictures we can see a lit fire in the dining room but I feel this is misleading as one wasn't on when we were there and we were told by a staff member it wasn't a functioning chimney. The fire was something that attracted to us to Willow Hill as we knew it was going to be cold at night. However we book to stay again despite this.
