I proprietari gentili ed accoglienti, hanno esaudito le nostre richieste, sia per la colazione che per la cena. Tutto molto buono. I pasti sono stati serviti sotto una pergola di vite.

Cons:

La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Il bagno molto sporco, anche la camera non era pulita. Le dimensioni ai limiti dell'abitabilità.

A simple but cozy guesthouse with friendly hosts, beautiful views, and tasty homemade food.
Pros:

The guesthouse is simple but very cozy. Great value for money. The location is convenient – about a 45-minute drive to Lake Kari, and also a good base for hiking Mount Aragats. From the balcony, there’s a stunning view of Mount Ararat. The hosts are very friendly and helpful – they arranged a taxi for Aragats and also told us when the bus from Byurakan to Yerevan leaves. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and the homemade Armenian dishes were delicious.

Nice restaurant included within the guesthouse, limited vegetarian options. Good breakfast available for only 200 AMD each

A little out of town, but as we were there to climb Mt Aragats, that was ok for us

Pros:

Very beautiful property with a lush garden and for breakfast homemade produce. The owners are extremely nice people. They helped us when we were stranded in the night and ordered us a taxi, prepared the most delicious breakfast. The greatest hospitality ever!

Lovely family place in nice area
Pros:

Excellent place, comfortable room with shared living room with balcony and beautiful views. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, always making sure we feel welcome and looked after. Amazing home-made food and a lovely garden to wander around and enjoy. Close to interesting telescopes and nice small shops. We will definitely come back

Pros:

The host and his family were very friendly and kind. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, fresh and very delicious. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Only the lack of airconditioning and hard beds were a bit unpleasant
