Exceptional experience
Pros:

Lovely family owned guest house / cottage, super friendly people, always eager to help with any questions or needs. I felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend. No doubt I’m coming back in summer.

Mili hostitelia, veľmi ústretovi. Veľmi chutné domáce raňajky. Využili sme aj ponúknutú večeru. Pôvodne sme plánovali jednu noc, ale ostali sme dve. Výborná pozícia.

I proprietari gentili ed accoglienti, hanno esaudito le nostre richieste, sia per la colazione che per la cena. Tutto molto buono. I pasti sono stati serviti sotto una pergola di vite.

Cons:

La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Il bagno molto sporco, anche la camera non era pulita. Le dimensioni ai limiti dell'abitabilità.

A simple but cozy guesthouse with friendly hosts, beautiful views, and tasty homemade food.
Pros:

The guesthouse is simple but very cozy. Great value for money. The location is convenient – about a 45-minute drive to Lake Kari, and also a good base for hiking Mount Aragats. From the balcony, there’s a stunning view of Mount Ararat. The hosts are very friendly and helpful – they arranged a taxi for Aragats and also told us when the bus from Byurakan to Yerevan leaves. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and the homemade Armenian dishes were delicious.
