Location and common areas
Room interiors especially sitting area, not good towels
Location and ambience were too good but maintenance of rooms were not upto the mark.. Bathroom was too small n untidy.. Bedsheets n bed were so old and pale in color though room looked beautiful.. Overall look of the hotel was beautiful and Royal but inside the rooms some urgent renovations to be done..staff were so friendly n cooperative.. Quality of food was good in the restaurant.. But breakfast was not upto the mark..

The hotel is excellent but room service and housekeeping wasn’t up to the mark. The rooftop restaurant was excellent but breakfast was below par.

Maintenance not made for the washrooms… when we enter flush are not working and it was fixed…. floor of the washroom are very slippery. Tiles should be mate finish instead of glossy
