Nice place to stay but too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Nice bungalows, very clean and decorated.
Good and quiet location, a few minutes from good restaurants and beach clubs.
Beautiful sunset views.

Cons:

Not good value for money. 80 a night, without breakfast, without transport to of from the hotel, no tourist information about tours... We knew it didn´t include anything but you expect a little bit more than just a welcome drink.
There were also frogs that didnt let us sleep all night!!

Fun place to stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

Rooms were very cute and nicely themed, staff all friendly and we could check in half hour earlier. They let us charge our electric scooter. Rooms had mosquito nets and bug spray which were needed. Amenities in the bathroom were very good. Not far from the accommodation is a variety of restaurants and shops, otherwise a 5-10 min ride by scooter to turtle snorkelling area/main town area etc. Sunset from the beach was very good.

Cons:

Rooms were quite loud from outside (ear plugs were provided) and light comes through, keep in mind if youre a light sleeper. Smoke smell wafted into the room from outside of a early morning.

Excellent et relaxant
Pros:

Le restaurant de l’hôtel servait d’excellents sushis et cocktails et nous avions une belle vue pour regarder le coucher de soleil sur la plage. La chambre était propre et silencieuse avec une climatisation adéquate. C’était juste à côté de l’école de plongée PADI (Gili Island diving center), donc c’était super pratique pour s’organiser une sortie de scuba diving. Nous avons aussi pu louer des vélos à une boutique voisine.

Cons:

Le personnel était accueillant, mais parfois un peu trop insistant. Aussi, le drain de la douche était bouché, donc l’eau s’accumulait rapidement dans le fond.

Ok dans l’ensemble mais 2 problèmes qui on gâché notre séjour

Cons:

Piscine trouble et jaune, la Clim est programmée pour la nuit et le soir et il fait 32 degrés dans la chambre l’après midi peut importe la température voulue. Et quand on a demandé pourquoi elle ne fonctionnait pas l’après midi on nous a dit « il faut qu’on l’a nettoie il faut attendre etc.. » donc pas transparent. La wifi fonctionne très mal et est coupée la nuit. C’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cette hôtel car la première fois j’ai été très bien accueilli par la gérante, je ne reviendrais plus..

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay at this villa was very disappointing and not what we expected.
The cleanliness was a major issue. There was animal feces (poo) left on the bed sheets two nights in a row, which was completely unacceptable. There was also a hole in the floor, which made the property feel poorly maintained.
The villa also lacked basic amenities. There was no kettle and the hairdryer didn’t work unless another person physically held the plug in, which was extremely inconvenient.
Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.

Very attentive! Definitely recommended.
Pros:

You can already see the sunset brilliantly. An ideal place for a romantic dinner. The cocktails are delicious! We took 3 sushi rolls, tempura shrimp and tartar of salmon. It was all taken care of and tasty. We enjoyed every bite. It was also nice that the table decorated with flowers and that the owner came to wish us luck because we are on our honeymoon.

Beautiful spot for relaxation
Pros:

Great location, comfy clean room, bathroom was lovely with all necessary toiletries etc. greeted with a very warm welcome and lots of helpful information about the island, including where to snorkel.

Definitely a go to on Gili Air.
Pros:

Super nice location, the staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful in any way really. Extended my stay with them. Also the breakfast and the sushi in their restaurant is really good. It’s in a not too busy location so no party people around which I loved. A max. 20 minute walk to everywhere.

Cons:

I’d always prefer a salt water pool than chloride but that’s a personal preference.

A true island holiday

Heerlijke plek in het rustige deel van Gili Air, mét zonsondergang
Pros:

Heerlijk resortje gelegen aan de rustige kant van Gili Air. Het huisje was heel gezellig en luxe met een fijne buitendouche. We hadden zonder ontbijt, das ook niet erg, want er zijn leuke ontbijttentjes aan het strand in de buurt. Het personeel, vooral Nora, is heel erg vriendelijk. Bij het resort direct ernaast kun je voor 50k roepia per dag fietsen huren, erg makkelijk! S avonds kun je heerlijk voor het resort naar de zonsondergang kijken. Als je wil zwemmen is er een fijn zwembadje.

Cons:

Het restaurant is een sushi restaurant. Op zich lekker maar valt een beetje uit de toon bij de sfeer van het eiland. Wat meer indonesisch zou leuker zijn. Zwemmen in zee kan alleen bij vloed, in ons geval vroeg s ochtends, als het eb is valt het koraal droog en moet je ongeveer 100m lopen voor de diepere zee.
