The facility is fancy with shops inside. They also have a very nice and big gym and a pool.
The brekfast at the restaurant was good and abundant i just had to ask black cooffe and yogurt everytime because everything is just Chinese style with chinese kind of food and they have different varieties of tea but for have a cup of black coffee you have to ask.
The facility is close to the train station and bus terminal.
The room is big and comfortable.
The location is good when you come by train. Like 2min by feet from the station. Also even if it's so close to the train station, you don't hear any noise from outside, when you are in the room.
The food service (6am to 9pm) is very good and cheap. For 100yuan, you can have 3 meals and 2 drinks, delivered to your room.
Breakfast is good.
Beds are comfortable.
They don't come after you eat, like 1 or 2 hours after, to take the dirty plates. You have to wait the next day so it is not convenient. Or you have to go downstairs and ask for it.
We wanted to enjoy the SPA, as write in the description, but it was closed so we were sad.
Laundry service is expensive.
No english, so be ready to use a translator and be patient. Alipay is a must, as they were not able to take our card, even if normally you can.

Room was 13 degrees cold when we arrived, windows were open. Staff not friendly and the breakfast buffet was horrible. The restaurant "open 7am to 24" was dark/cold when we arrived and wanted to have dinner. Compared with Wyndham Ningbo this Enshi property feels like third world.
A value for money hotel. Location next to railway station. Staff are helpful.
