The access to our Spa requires advance booking and is subject to availability.
Guests may enjoy indoor facilities for 1 hour per day free of charge.
Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 35kg. A charge of 40€ per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

A parte que não foi tão legal mas eu entendo..foi de não poder aproveitar melhor o spar do hotel porque só poderia uma hora por dia..mas do mais perfeito!

A nossa estadia foi simplesmente incrível! Desde o primeiro momento, o serviço foi impecável, as instalações excelentes e todo o staff extremamente atencioso e profissional. A experiência tornou-se ainda mais especial porque o meu namorado fazia anos e, ao chegarmos ao quarto, fomos surpreendidos com um gesto maravilhoso: um bolinho de aniversário e uma garrafa de champagne. Foi um detalhe que fez toda a diferença e que demonstra o cuidado e a atenção do hotel para com os hóspedes. Adorámos absolutamente tudo e, sem dúvida, esperamos regressar no futuro. Recomendo a 100%!

Foi uma ótima experiência a partir do momento de chegada a saída,gostei muito da experiência de dormir em um hotel com tantas obras de arte fantásticas por todos os lados,destaco também serviço do SPA também e do serviço ao pequeno almoço muito atenciosos conosco. Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel in sensationeller Lage
Pros:

Besonders gut hat mir die Lage, der fantastische Ausblick und die Einrichtung des Hotels gefallen. Es ist nicht nur eine berühmte, alte Produktionsstätte von Portwein, sondern auch ein Museum mit vielen modernen Gemälden in den Hotelgängen. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich gut, vor allem für portugiesische Verhältnisse. Der kleine, feine Spabereich wartet ebenfalls mit einem sensationellen Ausblick auf. Das Personal war durchgängig nett und sehr Service orientiert! Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen!

Cons:

They have ruined my families’ Christmast Eve Dinner!

Guest Relations offered me a Christmast Eve Dinner, because I was staying at the hotel, I’ ve prefered the offer and cancelled my other reservation. But unfourtunately guest relations and FB departments didn' t take care of my reservation at all that I’ ve realized at the arrival. They could’ nt find my reservation and arrenged me a table outside the dinning area next to desert buffet!!! It was as bad behavior as not organizing my reservation on time.

There' re irresponsible and irrelevant departments of the hotel, to the guests.
