Children aged 5 to 15 may use the facilities for one hour, between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., always accompanied by an adult.
The access to our Spa requires advance booking and is subject to availability.
Guests may enjoy indoor facilities for 1 hour per day free of charge.
Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 35kg. A charge of 40€ per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Overall very pleased with the service and stay
Pros:

The hotel has probably one of the best views of Porto. Very spacious and property maintained very well. We had a the Garden Kopke room and it was stunning. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and maintained very well.

Cons:

The location is on a hill and there is nothing around in a walking distance for food until you go down the hill. It's an uphill 10 minute climb so if you are not physically fit it can be a bit challenging as you'd always have to do an Uber.

This is a truly wonderful and beautiful hotel. The atmosphere is authentic and full of unique art pieces that make the place feel special and inspiring. The food is excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, making it easy to relax. The service is also very good — staff are attentive and professional.

Cons:

I do not recommend visiting this hotel with children. We specifically chose this hotel because it has a pool, hoping our child would be able to enjoy it, so this was very important for us. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. Although kids are officially allowed in the indoor pool until 12 PM, in our case it was impossible to use it because everything was fully booked and access was denied. The outdoor pool was extremely cold, making it unusable as well. As a result, there were essentially no suitable options for our kid to enjoy, which was quite disappointing.

nonostante lo spiacevole inconveniente del lenzuolo non cambiato ottima location-

la colazione all'altezza delle aspettative

Cons:

pulizia del box doccia non all'altezza di un 5 stelle
come assolutamente incredibile, per il tenore dell'hotel, il fatto che si siano dimenticati di cambiare il lenzuolo sotto del letto che ho trovato "usato" nel momento in cui mi sono coricata alla sera .
dovrebbero presidiare il lavoro degli inservienti.
