Very nice staff, but accommodation is overpriced - not with the money.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a pleasant experience.
The room was clean, comfortable. The bed was comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick.
The hotel is in a good location, close to shops and public transport.

Cons:

The bathroom was outdated, very old aircon (very noisy) , no hairdryer available. No fridge in the room.

Poor service
Pros:

It was easy access and check in was easy

Cons:

That the whole place is based on how you look came from a 5 hour flight and checked in with you guys around 23:00 i was hungry that night because i didn’t eat throughout the day went down to the restaurant to grab a bite seated at one of the tables waited 30 min and remember I didn’t even get a menu in that 30 min i was sitting there.
So i feel that i was judged on the way i was dressed and feel really sad to see this things.

This is the best hotel experience I have ever had in eswatini. The welcome was warm and very friendly. Thank you Ms Thandeka for such a great service. Thank you for the smile , the patience and the kindness !! Ncese 🩵. The hotel rooms were perfect and very clean . The most comfortable bed. I enjoyed my sleep.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like about this place. Oh the was a light skinned security lady that welcomed us for the gate on Friday when we came in . She was also amazing and friendly . We felt welcome from the gate.

The receptionists we both not as welcoming, at check in and check out, not smile a welcome talk nje! Not an ideal face for such a beautiful hotel. The cleaners we nice on wvery corner though.
