Tired decor and lack of useable power sockets
This is my second time staying at this hotel. Clean, quiet, good location. The best thing is the Waterside bar/restaurant. Good food, great service and good prices.

No Air-conditioning and the fan was not good enough

The bathroom full of mould bad could not take shower I did report it room 3 the grout on tiles bad as well big chip out of bath. We used toilet and hand washed in sin I stay here often

No separate shower and loud wedding party. Plus upstairs floorboards creaking under foot so very noisy trying to sleep

Very quite area, lovley clean hotel, staff very pleasant and did juggle a few things around so we could check in early and get to the festival we was at on time.

If being picky, lacking in plug sockets, the shower was a bit weak in pressure, toilet flush was hard work and the bedroom view wasnt amazing but value for money and really happy with the cleanlyness
