الوجهة المثالية للإقامة في الرياض .
Pros:

جميع الموظفين في هذا الفندق محترمين ومميزين ، من موظف الأمن إلى المسؤول عن الحقائب إلى موظفي الاستقبال وحتى أكبر مسؤول في الإدارة.
ليست الزيارة الاولى لهذا الفندق الرائع ولن تكون آخر زيارة إن شاء الله.

Clean, good breakfast and steam room, only okay for the rest.

Cons:

Strange vibe from the front desk workers. I only booked this room because of the bathtub, and when I got to the room there was no tub. So I called, he said it wasn’t in that type of room, but looking at my booking it is the second item in the listed facilities. Then he said he would upgrade me. The upgraded room reeked of smoke, even though I asked for a nonsmoking room. Made my jacket smell from only 12 hours in the room. The tub water came out brown, and took an hour to fill and the jets spray the walls if you don’t block them, so if you are single, be aware. In the morning I asked to use the pool/hot tub. And when I got to the pool I called to ask about a sign to make sure no men entered. They said yes. While I was in the steam room I heard talking from the pool area and it was two teenage boys, so I uncomfortably asked them to leave from hiding around the corner. If I was a Saudi woman I don’t think this would be acceptable and it made me incredibly uncomfortable. The front desk worker clearly did not make sure to close the pool, and didn’t care when I said there were teenage boys there. Hot tub was cold. Pillows too thick, all of them have your head at 90 degrees.
