الغرف نظيفه اتمني الاهتمام باللوبي وتوفير مكائن القهوه

حيث اخبرنا العامل بوجود نص كافيه فقط معلب
تنظيف الغرف حيث وضعنا كرت تنظيف الغرف ولم يتم التنظيف بلغنا الاستقبال وارسل عامل التنظيف وللأسف لم يكن معه فوط ووعدنا بها ثاني يوم واخلف وعده كذالك عند الخروج طالبنا بالفوط غير ان موظف الاستقبال صدقنا وكذب العامل وله كل الشكر والتقدير بعد ما شرحت له ما حصل

اذا كان موظف الاستقبال مثل عبدالعزيز الدوسري اسكن وانت مرتاح ومتطمن

الفندق عامة ممتاز من جميع النواحي.
الافطار رائع
الغرف نظيفه
الاستقبال اكثر من 5 نجوم ترحيب تعاون خدمة واخص موظف الاستقبال عبدالعزيز الدوسري نشط ومتعاون الى ابعد درجة.
وهذا اللي يخلي الضيف يكرر الزيارة

Really enjoyed it and definitely will be back in the future and reception staff were really nice.
Pros:

The room was very spacious

Cons:

The sink wasn’t operating properly holding the water at basin but definitely a quick fix and nothing that hindered the stay.
