Very pleasant stay in Riyadh
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Would recommend if you are in Riyadh. Front desk service is really friendly and helpful. Thank you Mohammed for your help since I arrived! The breakfast is great- there is an egg station and lots of choice in the buffet area (falafels, salad, fruit, meat etc). There is a good choice of pastries too and juice, coffee tea etc. Rooms are kept clean and tidy and room comes with toiletries, towels, safe, iron, complimentary water everyday, kettle etc. The lounge is very peaceful and good to have coffee. The location is good and very easy to get uber from. There is a good shisha lounge next door too separate to the hotel). Pool is small but clean and there is a jacuzzi. There are separate hours for women which is helpful. Same goes for the gym which is very well equipped. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Grear value for money
Pros:

I am a returning customer. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, helping me to work out an incorrect reservation. Super-clean room, spotless white linens and comfortable rooms. Fulfilling breakfast with good selection of foods.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were too thick and massive to my liking. Perhaps there was an option to request a more comfortable pillow as other hotels do - I just did not bother to read information notes and booklets to find out.
