Everything, it is in the building built by pope in 17th century, in the very centre.

This is just a general impression on the whole booking system - even though the tendency is to have contactless checking-in and -out sometimes it would be nice to meet your hosts.

Location was excellent, walkable from station and right by the cathedral with an easy walk to the lake and everywhere.
Loved the nature of the building - traditional and quirky.
Very quiet street right in the heart of Como.

Cons:

Wifi was not good and the instructions to join it were not clear at all.
Equipment for kitchen was not as specified/shown in photos - tiny fridge (a replacement of the one in the photo and half the size) missing cutlery and kitchen items (no wine glasses!), which we reported. Very difficult to cook a meal with what was provided.
Minimal power sockets in kitchen - you have to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle!

The accommodation is so conveniently located close to the station and to all the attractions, but the road is relatively quiet in terms of traffic and pedestrians.There is also a very good traditional restaurant directly below. The apartment is very clean and has all you need, with a very desirable mountain view. The communication with the property owner was excellent and very courteous. All in all a fabulous place to stay.
