釜山駅前で下にコンビニがありとても便利でした。5人での旅行だったので3ベッドルームで泊まれたのはとても助かりました。全ての部屋に床暖房完備されていて洗濯機やキッチン、冷蔵庫もあったので長期滞在にもとても良いと思います。タオルも人数分のバスタオルとフェイスタオルがありシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープもありました。もちろん歯ブラシは持参で。チェックイン前の荷物預かりも可能で質問にも迅速に答えてくれ助かりました。リビングもとても広く有意義な釜山滞在ができました。

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, size and facilities ie heated flooring.

Cons:

The check-in time is late and even the property is available, you cannot do early check-in unless you pay 23,000 won per hour, not considerate if guests travelled far. No restaurants in the block, need to go to Busan station. No tea/coffee provided, nor cutleries. Not tourist friendly.

Cons:

The constant reminders that if you did anything wrong you'd be charged. Yeah alright, by all means put that in the welcome pack, but no need to plaster it everywhere. Made me feel like I couldn't relax.

Riesenzimmer mit Top Preis/Leistung
Pros:

Das mit Abstand größte und komfortabelste Hotelzimmer, das ich jemals gebucht habe - für einen sehr geringen Preis. Riesig, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Zu schade , nur eine Nacht zu bleiben. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Top Anbindung an den Hafen und an Busan Station per Walkway..

Cons:

Die Anreise ist etwas kompliziert. Im Parkhaus kein Hinweis auf die Rezeption, von der Rezeption kein direkter Zugang zum Fahrstuhl. Keine Frühstücksoption in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Zimmertechnik ist derart modern und kompliziert, dass sie selbst mit einer ausgehändigten Erklärung nicht zu bedienen ist. Die Raumtemperatur war durch die sehr warme Fußbodenheizung zu hoch und ließ sich nicht runterregeln, ohne die Klimaanlage gleichzeitig laufen zu lassen.

침대 시트에 더러운 얼룩이 있어 씻을 수 없는 것이 아쉽지만, 침대 시트도 깨끗하게 유지된다면 정말 좋을 것 같습니다.
可惜床單有髒汙點無法清洗，若床單也保持乾凈就太棒
처음 입주했을 때는 초파리와 작은 벌레가 있었는데, 뒤에 거주하니 보이지 않았습니다.
剛入住時有果蠅和小蟲，後面居住就沒有看見
