Pros:

Great size, convenient location for train

Cons:

The bed frame was very cheap and squeaky - suggest replacing it. Mattress was lovely though

Pros:

1.부산역에서 도보로 이용이 가능한점.
2.밤9시이후에도 부산역사에 먹을거리가 있어 간단한 간식구매가 좋음.
3. 2가족이상 동반여행시 커넥팅룸으로 되어있어 같이 지내기 좋은 장점.
4.취사가 가능해 성수기때 웨이팅 많은 식당들의 음식을 테이크아웃해 숙소에서 취식할수있음.
5. 엘리베이터가 3대라 번잡스럽지않게 이용가능.

Cons:

1.커넥팅룸으로 두객실이지만 한객실에만 tv만 있거나 사용하지않게 전원차단되어 이용이 불편.
2.화장대나 거울이 많이없어 헤어스타일링하거나 화장할때 불편.
3.냉장고 소음으로 전원을 끄고 지냄.
4.객실내 티슈가 없었음.
5.옷걸이가 없어서 불편.

Appartement au top au dessus de la gare KTX
Pros:

L appartement était très grand (160 m2), confortable bien aménagé et bien placé au dessus de la gare. Bonne literie et douches géniales

Cons:

Le quartier est encore en construction donc peu de restaurant. C est plus animé du côté des plages.
Néanmoins c est pratique en venant de la gare, on peut déposer ses bagages gratuitement en early checking up. Pas facile de trouver le guichet Booking the bay. Il faut suivre la passerelle et descendre au rdc

Perfect location, free parking, and in all fairness, excellent view.

Cons:

To be fair, this was a let down. You can see that the managers will run this place to the ground in pursuit of everything last KRW in profit. The sofa was broken, the toilet seat as well. The chairs were stained and overall the apartment felt only minimally maintained, supporting my view that they have a high turnover and low maintenance.
I communicated the issues to the owner but they took no actions.
