Horrible and I will never recommend anyone to go there.

Nothing in the hotel made me like it

Cons:

The hotel is in a dirty corner of the city. The hotel is old, unclean and the people managing it are lnot well dressed and badly presented. the lift is dangerous, corridors are bad, room is smelly and what not. This is a bad place. I booked it thinking it is close to the place I need to go. I ddi checkout the next day morning.

Avoid it like the plague.
Pros:

The bed has bed bugs in it. I don't know how Booking.com has allowed this hotel to be listed on its site. It was a terrible experience, and I think the ratings have been manipulated.

Cons:

Nothing. I like nothing. I couldn't trust anything in that hotel. It was a terrible place. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Beds had bed bugs, and the location was in an industrial area where there was dirt and noise all around.

Had to cancel the booking because of hygiene and customer service issues.
Cons:

Everything, especially accountability on hygiene and guest experience. Not every guest will come on time, some will check-in early or late, if a hotel cannot have proper arrangements for such customers, they shouldn't be in hospitality business at the first place. Clean toilets are NOT just for guests and customers but also for hotel employees too.And who puts lights that works on sensors in toilet?

Cons:

The location was not great as there were lots of garbage trucks parked nearby leading to a persistent foul odour. There were also rats/other animals walking around in the false ceiling which caused a disturbance. The room was definitely not worth what I had paid.
