Location was fantastic!

Cons:

Noise level was awful because of rude guests and hallway echo. Also, the room was bright at night due to insufficient covering of the glass door and window. Really need blackout shades for nighttime.

Fortelaza Suites in February
Pros:

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice common area that provided a sitting area and a shared kitchenette. No outside noise. Very convenient walking to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

One of the plug outlets needed to be replaced. The property is in an historic area, so the sewer pipes are "sensitive". Can require multiple flushes.

A lot of fun and enjoyable!
Pros:

Perfect Location in proximity walkable to Most Tourist sites, Museums, and the fortresses. Many restaurants and a market was close by.

Cons:

Two of the rooms were of adequate size, but the top floor bedroom ceiling was too low for my 6‘2 brother to stand up in. Parking is very difficult to find. We had 6 people staying, and only one roll of toilet paper. Needed to request more paper at the desk.

We definitely would stay at Fortaleza Suites again!
Pros:

Fortaleza Suites is a great place to stay while you are in Old San Juan. As of family of we needed a olace to stay the night before our cruise and Presidential Suite did fit all of us. Location is amazing - you are steps away from everything! The staff is very friendly. I would say that the pull out sofa is not very comfortable but did do it's job to sleep one person. We had a lot fun sitting on the balcony watching busy night life of Old San Juan.

Cons:

No complains - staying in Old San Juan you need to embrace that you are in the OLDEST city in the United States that has been affected by hurricanes multiple times.
