Cons:

The owner refused to check us in citing directions by the department of tourism that they are not supposed to lodge anyone who is a local of the state. On demanding more explanations, they refused to comply and asked us to contact the directorate of tourism instead. If there are any restrictions, which there are not, as it would be illegal to deny adults of the same nationality but discriminating against them on basis of a certain ethnicity, that should have been clearly explained across all booking platforms. On asking them to cancel the booking, they kept haggling and said they would instead decline my credit card. I am not sure why they did that but for some reason they refused to cancel the booking from their side.

A perfect stay with exceptional views and top-notch comfort.
Pros:

Hands down, the best place to stay in Gulmarg.
The views of the mountains are absolutely stunning. We booked a room with a balcony, and the scenery from there was breathtaking.
It's only a 4-minute walk to the Gondola, which is incredibly convenient.
The rooms are cozy, with central heating, heated beds, and hot water available at all times. All other amenities were top-notch.
A must-stay if you're visiting Gulmarg!

Cons:

There’s nothing I could fault about this place.
Everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Short yet comfortable stay
Pros:

Liked the location and hospitality of the staff. Food was also delicious. The highlight was the bed heater, which had the option of keeping head or foot warm with a low and a high setting.

Cons:

Washroom can have a dry and wet area separated.

Excellent stay in Gulmarg
Pros:

The location was great, very close to Gulmarg gondola. Everything was clean. Food was nice. The staff were super helpful. Amir, the receptionist was very polite and accommodating.

Pros:

The location was excellent and allowed us to explore all sides of Gulmarg. The staff, especially Anzar were incredible and they made sure our stay was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and Amazing Hospitality
Pros:

The Property is just in front of Golf course and just 5 mins away from Gondola. The rooms were great and the hospitality was amazing.

very nice and well maintained property. property structure was just woww. clean room with all amenities- hot shower, heater.superb location. one of the best properties I have ever stayed. very nice staff. the interior decor was very beautiful. very yummy breakfast. great value for money. highly recommended.
