Pros:

Clean friendly hotel outside of the city in a new resort. V safe area

Cons:

Not much around the hotel, only a few restaurants and no local convenience store, so plan your stay. Local bus routes available so you can get to places. No money exchange @ hotel or within walking distance local bank about 10m drive.

Pros:

I love the customer service of this hotel. Especially from Anna and Hanna at reception and amazing cleaning job from Quyen. She’s always stocking up our snacks and make sure we had plenty of water. Customer service for whatever we needed is great.

Cons:

I hate the pillows they were so thick and high and I had the worse sleep as I like my pillow more softer and low. No microwave to heat food of snack in room but you could ask reception to heat it in the lobby it’s just inconvenient. No phone in room so you have to call on a hotline not great of yours a tourist without a Vietnamese number. It’s very noisy in the hotel as there is alot of construction going on in surrounding areas. Lucky we aren’t fussy about the noises but others would if you like quietness. Also the hotel is very far away from central city Saigon from everything. It’s about 30 to 45 mins away. I didn’t know this until we got there so taking grab everyday is a long distance to central HCMC.

В номере были чужие трусы, а перед окнами весь день шумела музыка, не давая нам возможности выспатьс

Хороший отель, интересный дизайн номеров, отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

1. Мы заехали в номер после длительного перелёта и планировали поспать. Но не тут то было. Прямо перед окнами отеля монтировали огромную сцену. Весь день строители стучали и шумели, а после этого началась репетиция на полную громкость. Было ощущение что тебе поют прямо в ухо. Уснуть было просто не возможно!
2. В душевой на полке лежали женские трусы. Видимо уборщица не заметила их и положила чистые полотенца прямо на них. Это было отвратительно!
Я впервые ставлю такую оценку!

Pros:

Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhân viên dễ thương. Vị trí phù hợp cho ai lưu trú để dự các event tổ chức ở The Global City.

Cons:

Giá phòng khá khó hiểu, cùng 1 hạng phòng nhưng tuỳ từng thời điểm mà có thể gấp đôi, thậm chí gấp 3.
