Never ever use Booking.com. and never a hotel which is being run by Oyo.

Hotel staff is good.
Booking.com is worse. I paid money but the rooms are full and was not able to get in touch with customer care of booking
Com. Alternate arrangement made at 3 am , I arrived at 12.30 am mid ight. Pathetic web site
