La limpieza, la comodidad, los empleados, la señorita recepción de Méjico muy maja. Y el detalle de poder tomar café y té gratuito en el lobby está muy bien!

Cons:

Solo faltaban bolsas en los cubos de basura y vasos en las habitaciones. Pero ya fui a más B&b hotels y creo que es la costumbre de la marca y no tiene mucho sentido ya que los huéspedes no suelen llevar bolsas de basura a los hoteles. El vaso estaría muy bien para no tener que dejar el cepillo de dientes sobre el lavabo.

Will not return
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was mediocre. There was nothing dreadfully wrong but it was cheap. Cheap ham, cold boiled eggs cut in half, dreadful sliced bread, the toaster had to be switched on each time someone wanted toast , the coffee was undrinkable - please explain why sugar is added to milk in the Nescafe machine.
The ground floor communal areas were ok. Room size was ok, bed size was good.

Cons:

A general management style of skimping on their offer. The room rates are not cheap but things like no water in the rooms, Euro 20 a night for our dog, poor access with suitcases are all poor. I stayed in hotels in Ferrol, Ponedeume, Betanzos and Santiago de Compostela enoute to this B&B Hotel. All offered a much more pleasant custonmer experience, some at significanly better rates.
