Pros:

Super Personal.
Für den günstigen Preis ein wirklich solide eingerichtetes Zimmer und ein gutes Badezimmer.
Kein Luxus aber alles funktioniert und man hat was man braucht.
Sehr zentrale gute Lage, sehr nah neben der Partystrasse aber davon hat man nachts nicht all zu viel mitbekommen.
Alles relativ sauber.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug und Warmwasser nimmt sich manchmal sehr viel Zeit. Stört aber nicht so stark

The hotel was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room was quiet, with no noise issues at all.

The late check-in (past midnight) was arranged without any problem, which we really appreciated and if you have any remarks or issues, the staff react immediately and are very efficient.

The reception staff were truly exceptional: extremely helpful with directions and recommendations, and very efficient in helping us book a tour to Ha Long Bay, including an easy pick-up service.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
