Very good hotel, just improve the coffee pods.
Pros:

Nice room with comfy bed linen. Helpful staff, even though the hotel was really busy. Fernando was great! Recommend Changs and Umo for good food in walking distance. Location very upmarket and safe.

Cons:

It's Costa Rica. Perhaps have some decent coffee in the room? Britts is not good.

Disappointing
Pros:

Great gym. Comfortable room.

Cons:

The room was noisy from trucks delivering goods at midnight to the Procesmart next door. I also had a problem with a charge of 100US that I never understood. It was a credit to be able to watch a movie that never worked. They told me I would get it back but I’m still waiting. Weird.

Pros:

Great location, modern design. Nice bar and the staff at the reception is very attentive and ready to help
