Pros:

El hotel esta bien ubicado y la habitación es buena.

Cons:

Sin embargo el servicio es malo. Pedí room service y se demoraron dos días en recoger la bandeja de la puerta. La comida del restaurante no es buena, me toco devolver una crema porque realmente no estaba bien. La gente del front office no esta bien capacitada.

Great value, good location. Would stay again
Pros:

The stay was great. It is refreshing to see a nice district of San Jose. It felt safe. The staff was extremly friendly, we liked that a lot. Underground easy and safe parking is included. Would easily stay here again

Cons:

Not much to say. Maybe even more breakfast, but we really didnt have any complaints

Pros:

Breakfast was great. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. The food and service was outstanding--we highly recommend it. Staff were great, very pleasant, helpful.

Cons:

Traffic was absolutely awful. It was very difficult to get off the highway and get to the hotel although it was only a short distance.
