Outstanding hospitality, a perfect location, and a team that truly goes above and beyond
Pros:

We had an unexpectedly long stay after a serious accident, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the hotel.

Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during a very stressful time. They consistently went out of their way to check on us, help with anything we needed, and make us feel cared for.

The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet, with comfortable beds, a great breakfast, and a convenient location close to Hospital CIMA.

I’m so grateful to the entire team for their warmth and generosity. I hope our next visit to San Jose is under much happier circumstances, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Solides, modernes Hotel für eine Nacht vor dem Abflug
Pros:

Das Hotel ist recht neu, modern und komfortabel. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für eine Nacht braucht. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir vom Restaurant und der Bar im Hotel. Toll war auch, dass Valet Parking im Hotelpreis inklusive ist.

Cons:

Es gab nichts wirklich Negatives. Das Personal war freundlich, aber eher zurückhaltend.

When booking we advised that this was our 19th wedding anniversary, but there was no acknowledgement when we arrived or during our stay. This was a little disappointing.
