Pésima actitud de la recepcionista chica.

La recepcionista pésima actitud,los chicos de recepción de la noche tenia mejor atención,estaba sucio la puerta del baño,una de las ventanas filtraba el agua,todo caia en lava manos,ya que estaba lloviendo,no cuenta con su propio estacionamiento y el estacionamiento es quien gane lugar y apestaba a orina demasiado,las instalaciones falta mantenimiento,no vale la pena por el precio.

Alimentos estuvo buenos, la ubicación es excelente y el muchacho de la mañana super amable

Cons:

Tener más detalles a la limpieza, el cuarto tenía una uña cortada en el piso, y los vasos super sucios, mejorar la atención de la recepcionista de la tarde, y de la señora que atiende el pequeño restaurante

Quartier sale et bruyant

La chambre est propre et confortable mais emplacement pas assez central . À 20 bonnes minutes du centre historique . De plus le parking est dans un autre hôtel à 2 blocs . Beaucoup de mal à obtenir les explications pour garer la voiture car la réceptionniste n était pas d humeur à donner les infos correctement. Nous avons pas trouver l emplacement du parking et dû revenir à l hôtel pour insister . L accueil est vraiment irrespectueux et on a eu l impression de déranger .

Cons:

Le parking n est pas sur place . Loin du centre après une journée de voiture c est trop . Situé juste en face de la gare routière donc un peu bruyant en début de soirée avec le va et viens des taxis . Hôtesse antipathique

Merida est une ville sympathique .permet de faire l’excursion à Celestún dans la journée

Baño incompleto. Fierro en piso. Un arete entre las sábanas.

La ubicación en frente de la terminal ADO y estando prácticamente en el centro me pareció excelente.

Cons:

Al retirar la sábana para acomodarme habían un arete y una bolita de cabello, que hacen dudar de la limpieza de los blancos. El baño no tenía puertas y/o cortinas que lo cubrieran y eso ocasionaba que al dicharseel agua inundara el baño.
