Pros:

Close to the down.

Cons:

If the hotel has high occupancy, it can easily happen that there is no water on the higher floors. We stayed on the 6th floor, and waking up in the morning, we were surprised to find no water coming from the tap—we couldn’t even use the toilet. What else are you waiting for?
