Toller Spa- Bereich, Sport kann man auf Niveau machen, die Zimmer sind gut, das Personal ist bemüht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war o.k. Nicht wirklich gut, dafür ist die Lebensmittelqualität zu niedrig. Tolles Fitnessstudio, insgesamt die Spa- Situation hervorragend. Das Personal extrem freundlich, leider wenig englischsprachig. Trotzdem sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Die Lage ist halt wirklich schlecht. Im Umkreis vom Hotel ist schlicht nur Staub und dreckige und verfallene Bauten und Kleinindustrie. Wäre das Restaurant etwas hochwertiger, wäre es sicher besser besucht.

Затишний і комфортний відпочинок
Pros:

Все на гарному рівні сучасного готельного бізнесу. Кімната номера була простора та чиста. Комфортне, досить продумане наповнення кімнати. Готель має власні термальні басейни. Сніданок був гарний «швецький стіл». Слід відмітити що були високої якості сухофрукти та мед (соти). Персонал рецепції високопрофесійний.

Pros:

Ich hatte diese Buchung für meinem Sohn gemacht er war sehr zufrieden mit der gesamten Leistung so wie das Essen im Restaurant , das Personal und der Spa Bereich wahr hervorragend schön ,wir bedanken uns im ganzen Team vom Herzen das unser Sohn sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat wir werden das nächste mal auf jeden Fall das Haus auch Besuchen kommen weiterhin viel Erfolg!!

Super Hotel, sehr komfortabel und modern. Mitarbeiter alle sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Das Fitnesstudio ist mega groß und verfügt nahezu über alle Trainingsgeräte, ein High-Class-Fitnesstudio, sehr zu empfehlen, für Leute wie mich, die gerne und oft trainieren sehr ideal.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstücksbuffet nicht so auswahlreich. Die Klimaanlage war auch aus, man schwitzt,was sehr unagenehm beim essen ist.

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem sehr guten Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Spa und Frühstück.
Pros:

Nach einer langen Autofahrt wollten wir einfach nur entspannen – und wurden rundum positiv überrascht. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders der Spa-Bereich war außergewöhnlich sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und alles sehr neuwertig.

Cons:

Am Hotel selbst gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen – alles war top. Lediglich die unmittelbare Umgebung war nicht besonders ansprechend. Da wir jedoch mit dem Auto unterwegs und flexibel waren, hat uns das kaum gestört

Pros:

Vi gillade faciliteterna jättemycket, speciellt gymmet eftersom vi gillar att träna. Gymmet var stort och väl utrustat. SPA-avdelningen var helt fantastisk, med termal vatten. Det var inte så mycket folk, så det var skönt att simma fritt, träna i poolen, och använda de två jacuzzin – båda enormt sköna med gott om utrymme. Små detaljer som detoxvatten på varje våning och automatiska gardiner uppskattades verkligen. Eftersom vi stannade i två veckor, överraskade cheferna och personalen oss en dag med ett portabelt bord på rummet, kall dryck, frukt och en fint skriven hälsningskort. Personalen var helt fantastisk: från receptionisterna till de som serverade mat på rummet och cheferna. De var alltid redo att hjälpa till och gjorde sitt yttersta. Jättebra städning!

Cons:

Vi har rest mycket i världen, och på de flesta hotellen står kylskåpet öppet – inte inlåst bakom dörr. Vi tycker att ni skulle kunna ta bort dörren till kylskåpet; då fungerar det bättre och blir kallare. Eftersom vi stannade länge skulle vi uppskatta lite mer variation i frukosten. Men personalen var supertrevlig och lagade ibland omelett åt oss. Som förbättring föreslår vi en större sminkspegel i badrummet – det vore skönt!

Great place if you’re looking for a special spa/wellness experience.
Pros:

The spa entry is included which super convenient. Breakfast is 7/10. Bed was very comfortable. Great bathroom. The staff was super friendly!

Cons:

Air conditioning could be better, room didn’t get really cold.
