Gelukkig was de kamer wel schoon, dit hotel raadt ik alleen aan als je een tussenstop wilt maken!
Pros:

Wij hebben deze hotel geboekt als tussen stop 2 dagen alleen helaas viel de hotel wel tegen!

Cons:

We kwamen savond aan in het hotel, geen personeel die ons kon helpen met de koffers helaas alles zelf moeten brengen naar de kamer! Personeel was wel aardig maar helaas niet hulpzaam.

The hotel has alot to offer but it does need more attentive or rather professionally trained staff
Pros:

the room was comfortable and spacious. and the thermal pool proved interesting.

Cons:

the room was situated above the gym which had very loud music for several hours and when we complained the hotel did nothing about it .
plus very few staff at the reception spoke English. One shower at the pool did not work, it seemed it was like that for several days.

Toller Spa- Bereich, Sport kann man auf Niveau machen, die Zimmer sind gut, das Personal ist bemüht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war o.k. Nicht wirklich gut, dafür ist die Lebensmittelqualität zu niedrig. Tolles Fitnessstudio, insgesamt die Spa- Situation hervorragend. Das Personal extrem freundlich, leider wenig englischsprachig. Trotzdem sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Die Lage ist halt wirklich schlecht. Im Umkreis vom Hotel ist schlicht nur Staub und dreckige und verfallene Bauten und Kleinindustrie. Wäre das Restaurant etwas hochwertiger, wäre es sicher besser besucht.
