Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Poor WiFi, facilities not as described, family living behind always shouting and burning rubbish. The bathroom smelt like a bonfire every morning.
My friend had to change rooms twice, lumpy mattress and later had tiny black insects on her bed.
Staff brushed the insects off the bed and declared it OK, but she was not happy to stay in there, understandably.
The guy on reception never smiled, I think because of the poor start due to the inaccurate description.
He did provide a kettle after we complained.
We met with the owner regarding it. He said he would get booking. com to amend it, I've checked today, it's not been changed.

Pros:

The location and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

The amount of miscommunication with the staff. About 4 different people taking decisions and not communicating with each other. Also they didn't allow me to extend even tho they were renting the same room on Booking.com for the same days I needed it.

Een heerlijke plek om een paar dagen vakantie te vieren
Pros:

Het was heel schoon, de bedden waren heerlijk en het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Vooraf was de communicatie wat apart. Ook was het best gehorig - achter ons huisje woonden direct mensen, die niet te zien maar wel duidelijk te horen waren.

Pros:

Расположен недалеко от пляжа, чисто (чтобы убрали номер и поменяли полотенца надо попросить об этом на ресепшен). Есть кондиционер + вентилятор на потолке.
В целом комфортный номер, удобно, что есть свое крыльцо со стульями и столом, чтобы посидеть вечером)

Cons:

В душе нет занавески, после каждого мытья унитаз весь в воде, тк душ находится прям рядом с ним
Взяли на 3 тысячи больше с нас, чем у нас стояла цена на букинге. Когда у тебя уже нет вариантов, пришлось платить.
Но они показали, что у них отображается такая цена, так что ту не обман, а проблема букинга, потому что у меня в брони была цена ниже

I didnt like anything.

Cons:

Unwelcoming staff. Dirty bed linen. No water after night one and no toilet paper. Very noisy neighbours.
Very poor value for money.

Pros:

Быстро заселили. До моря 4 минуты примерно. Напротив ресторан Авокадо, вкусно готовят и порции большие.

Cons:

Если попадаться громкие соседи напротив, то это уже проблема, так как домики очень близко друг к другу

Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Large balcony. Excellent staff (especially Amir!). Nice location — about a 7-minute walk from the main street and 7 minutes from the beach.

Cons:

There isn’t really a common area — just rooms with a path between them. The balconies are right next to each other.

Pros:

The place is close to the beach, (about 2-3 mins walk, just take the shortcut behind German Bakery and you'll see sign boards guiding you)
The cottage rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The best thing about this place is the value for money it provides. Places that are by the beach are a bit noisy and offer similar rooms but at a higher price while this place is quiet and more pocket Friendly. The staff is very sweet and polite, they let us check in early and check out late without any extra charge which was very generous.

Very good
Pros:

Manjay was very nice and helped us with every matter. We arrived early morning after a night bus ride and we were allowed to check in right away. Upon request we could do a late check out and he organised a ride to the airport for us.
The facility is very clean and in a good location

Comfortable, great bed, close to everything
Pros:

The space is really clean and comfortable, such a good sleep (super comfy big bed). The decor is cosy and the AC kept us cool. There are surfaces for bags which are helpful! The host Mani is super kind and helpful, we had his number and he helped us out with any needs such as ordering Tuk Tuks. Location is great.

Cons:

Nothing! It was a great stay, we could have stayed longer.
