Pros:

The vibe and atmosphere. It was fun and new. Clean, convenient. Great staff.

Cons:

The hand lotion container was not filled enough for me to squeeze any out. Would be hard for older people with weak hands or arthritis.

Pros:

We have a golden retriever and found the hotel very pet friendly. The outside pet relieving area was in good shape with waste bags and convenient out side receptacle. Bonus!

Not comfy, too expensive for few amenities. Clean and quiet.
Pros:

It was very clean. Quiet. Lots of fun things for kids in the lobby. The coffee was very good and is available all the time in the lobby. Good breakfast.

Cons:

I was disappointed in this place. I really dislike not being able to open the window for fresh air. The bed was not that comfy. The room doesn't have much in the way of amenities - small fridge, no freezer, no microwave or way to heat water for tea or make coffee. You need to go downstairs for those things. It's very sparsely furnished and feels like an IKEA dorm room. For that reason, it felt like the price point should be about $79 not $130. Also call me old fashioned but I don't like it when the staff wears hoodies. I think it's too casual.
