Very disappointing

The only positives were the location, the beautiful view of Amwaj Islands and the excellent breakfast. The staff was also very friendly.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid close to approximately 4,000 SAR for 2 nights in Villa 613, but the cleanliness was unacceptable: hair in the bathrooms/on the floor in the living room, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though we were traveling with children. The furniture felt very old and gave an overall sense of neglect. Considering the price, this was far from acceptable. We cannot recommend it.

The place is beautiful, with lovely summer vibes.

The main issue with the place is the lack of cleanliness and the presence of insects. The place is also very worn out, and considering its condition, the amount paid is definitely not worth it.
