Pros:

Staff especially t front door and reception was briliante, the re ready to walk a mile for you. Breakfast was very good ( we didn’t try other meals). Location good too, only 20-25 min to walk to marina and old town.
Hotel has a very good vibe, you can relax very easily.

Cons:

Inside swimming pool doesn’t have sunbeds only few seats. Water in swimming pool is nice and warm but in jacuzzi it’s colder for some reason. It should be the opposite.

Girne’de Lords Palace Hotel SPA Casino’daki konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifli geçti. Otelin atmosferi, hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların misafirlere yaklaşımı son derece profesyonel ve samimiydi.
Özellikle daha otele varmadan bizimle iletişime geçerek tüm taleplerimizle bire bir ilgilenen Misafir İlişkileri sorumlusu Özge Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Gösterdiği ilgi ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten özel ve değerli hissettik.
Otel içerisinde bulunan Khephal Balık Restoran’da akşam yemeği yedik ve yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Servis kalitesi ve restoran atmosferi de oldukça başarılıydı. Ayrıca SPA bölümünde yaptırdığımız masaj da son derece profesyoneldi ve çok rahatlatıcı bir deneyim sundu.
Tüm ekibe misafirperverlikleri ve ilgileri için teşekkür ederiz. Girne’ye tekrar geldiğimizde ilk tercihimiz kesinlikle Lords Palace Hotel SPA Casino olacak.

Besonders das Personal muss man positiv hervorheben. Ercan an der Rezeption ist einfach super. Auch seine Kollegen sind spitze. Besonders hervorheben muss man noch Efe aus dem Casino, der wirklich super ist. Aber auch die Bellboys,die Pagen, der Valet Service, die Kellner im Restaurant die sogar etwas deutsch sprachen oder die junge pakistanische Putzfrau von Etage 7...... alle sind super super freundlich und geben ihr Bestes.

The exceptional team, particularly Ozge from guest relations. Her warmth and professionalism turned a complicated travel situation into a much smoother experience, making the stay feel genuinely personal and cared for.
​Beyond the service, there’s clearly a deep sentimental connection between Staff and Management.

Cons:

As a non-smoker, I found the prevalence of smoking throughout the premises to be quite challenging. I recognize that this is largely a reflection of the local culture rather than a specific management oversight; however, for those sensitive to smoke, it is a significant factor to consider.

Pros:

Öncelikle otele vardığımızda çok iyi ve sıcakkanlı şekilde karşılandığımızı söylememiz gerekir. Resepsiyondaki görevliler hem çok ilgili hem de işleriyle ilgili çok yetkindiler. Özellikle müşteri temsilcisi Kağan Bey gerek odayı olabildiğince erken hazırlatma olsun gerek ise odamızın hazırlanmasını beklerken olsun bize çok yardımcı oldu. Daha sonraki günlerde de memnuniyet durumumuzu takip etti.

Cons:

Kaldığımız odanın duvarları sanki birazcık ince gibiydi. Çok rahatsız etmedi ama ara sıra bunu düşündük.

I will definelty go again
Pros:

Perfect in everyway. The deluxe room is so good with that little bath tub window opening to bed view. I would definetly go again
