Historic hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

-Terrific location in the centre of St Moritz Dorf, immediately adjacent to the pedestrian zone.
-Easy access to the cog railway station for skiing
-Great breakfast and breakfast room
-Historic hotel
-Basement bars are fun, with live music

Cons:

-Rooms could do with some updating
-rooftop spa area too small for the size of the hotel. Steam room not functioning.
-no gym

Nice hotel , very expensive , but it’s st moritz !!

Eccellente hotel al centro di St. Moritz

Eccellente hotel al centro di St. Moritz
Hotel situato in una posizione centrale, abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in una meravigliosa camera delux (307) al terzo piano, davvero ampia e dotata di ogni comfort, con un balcone che affacciava su una vista suggestiva sul lago e montagne. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale di ogni reparto, in particolare la cordialità e l’accoglienza del sig Dario e di tutto lo staff della reception, come anche della Housekeeping per le couverture la Sig. Michaela. C'è una sauna e un bagno turco con una terrazza rilassante all'ultimo piano, con vista superlativa.
Abbiamo usufruto anche uno dei ristoranti disponibili chiamato "Acla", semplicemente buono, gustando una varietà di piatti in qualsiasi momento della giornata, in un'atmosfera allegra e informale. Pasta fatta in casa, pizza e pinsa, salsiccia con rösti e molto altro.
Altamente consigliato! Ci ritorneremo  sicuramente di nuovo...
