Well Located and Clean, but Inconsistent Service Experience
Pros:

The location is excellent, with convenient access to the lifts, shops, and main areas of St. Moritz. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, though the level of service felt somewhat average for a hotel of this category.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant left a less positive impression. Staff did not seem particularly attentive, and on the day of my arrival I checked in late only to find that no food service was available anymore. There was also no option for late dining, which meant I had to go to bed without dinner. Considering the price level of the hotel, this felt disappointing, as a similar level of service can easily be found in more moderately priced accommodations.

The hotel room was too warm for us. We never turned the heat on/up. We opened the balcony door at times to cool the room down but did not want to leave it open while we slept.

Ao chegar, a recepcionista foi meio seca, não foi simpática, porém, logo depois , voltamos à recepção e fomos atendidos por uma outra funcionária, Italiana, branca, magra, acho que o nome era Ellina, muito simpática, atenciosa, foi super solicita!! Parabéns para ela!!

Pros:

Great location, lots of small extras (coffe and tea maker in the room, free items in mini bar).
Large variety of a food at breakfast.
Free shuttle to and from hotel to railway station.
The rooms would need a bit of refreshment, but all the small surprices balanve everything. Old european style of hotel, that now a day is hard to find. Will be back next year!

It's not just a stay, it's an experience.
Pros:

The hotel was located in a very central spot in St. Moritz, which made everything easily accessible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even came to pick me up from the train station with the hotel vehicle when I arrived in town and drove me back again when it was time for my departure.

The hotel also has a restaurant called Klandavaz, located in the Suvretta area outside St. Moritz. Since I wanted to dine there, the hotel arranged complimentary transportation to and from the restaurant, which was very convenient.

Our room was spotlessly clean, and they even upgraded us because we mentioned that it was our honeymoon. They gave us a larger room with an amazing view of both the town and the lake. This was truly a wonderful surprise and one of the best gifts they could have given us. I’m very grateful for the beautiful room with the lake view.

The rooftop area also had a fantastic view, where you could sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. The hotel’s restaurants and bars offered excellent food and drinks, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality provided.

Another great detail was that the room was cleaned twice a day, and the drinks and sweets in the in-room bar were complimentary and replenished daily without any extra charge.

If I visit St. Moritz again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.
