Cons:

- Basic room amenities missing. No hot water kettle or tea bags. A request for hot water resulted in just a glass of warm water.
- Breakfast misrepresented. No buffet or dining area. Only a limited menu served in the room, with no such clarification at booking.
- Poor charging facilities. No plug points near the bed. Had to unplug the TV to charge my laptop and phone.
- No hot water: Geyser failed to provide hot water despite being switched on for 20–30 minutes.
- Cleanliness concerns. Bedsheets and towels did not appear clean.

The location of hotel from my place

Cons:

I ordered something from outside. The delivery guy asked for me at reception and staff said there is no such person. When i asked why they did so, the staff said there may be 100 customer with such name, how would we know which one delivery guy is referring to. I told them you would have opened your register and could see if you have customer with such name. And there cannot be 100 person with same name in a hotel. It wud take 10-15 seconds to look into register.
