Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds, friendly staff

Cons:

The aircon was broken in my room the first night which was a bit annoying but the staff moved me the next day into a new room - they were so friendly and accommodating so that was well handled!

I highly recommend this great hotel, it’s a gem
Pros:

Perfect position in the old quarter, extremely clean, lovely room, quiet, delightful staff, very comfy bed. Can’t believe it hasn’t got more stars, it was excellent and great value for money.

Our home from home in Hanoi. Lena is exceptional.
Pros:

The hotel was so attractive and in an ideal location. The bed was so comfortable the shower powerful. Breakfast was included and very nice. We stayed 3 times in all during our Vietnam trip. Totally live this place which now feels like a home in Hanoi. Thank you Lena s lovely warm and helpful front of house staff. You were amazing, kind warm and so effective.

The hotel is small and a lovely Indochine style with elegant lighting. It’s right in the old quarter in a great location for visiting the local sites. We stayed on 3 occasions and in 2 rooms, (a large double and honeymoon suite). We had a large furnished and Juliette balcony and we loved watching the Hanoi world below. Both rooms were so pretty and the beds so comfortable, showers powerful. Breakfast was very enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing - But possible I would have liked a nightcap available like a gin n tonic but it wasn’t far to go get one across the street.

Malheureusement il y avait du bruit avec des travaux à côté de l hôtel mais l établissement n'y est pour rien. Il faut bien que ces travaux se fassent. Il faut être tolérant
