Posh interiors but need some improvements in basic Hotel infrastructure

Extremely good interiors, Nice location and just 1 kms from Swami temple...

Cons:

1) There is no slope to the Road / parking to Hotel reception... There are almost 10-12 stairs which one needs to use with your luggage to get into the hotel. It is very uncomfortable to take your big suitcase in hand and use stairs.. Also it's very difficult for old age people to use stairs. They have an elevator but that is inside the hotel... The approach to the hotel needs to be improved immediately
2) The hotel doesn't have any soundproof walls ... You can easily hear from another room and outside... Even if someone is taking a bath in the bathroom in an adjustant room or above the room, you can hear the water flow sound very loudly. Many times I felt that my bathroom water tap was ON...
3) There is no one to take your luggage from parking to reception and from there to the hotel room. Same when you check out. Again they can improve this service
