The location is great lots of close activities.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the rooms around you...EVERYTHING. The hot water doesn't work unless you ask the office and small parking lot.

Good location ok room prices have shot up

Reception was always 5mins away? Phone number no good for my English phone. Emailed I was going to be late originally 8pm which I let them know. I’d emailed say more 10:30pm but got there at 9:45pm waited a hour. Went to go see shop open for food and drinks came back and by chance the door around corner was showing life so I braved the reaction and knocked on door. By chance he got me a key this closer to midnight after a long uk flight. WiFi didn’t work. As I said good location ok room shame key issues

I would 10 out of 10 highly recommend this establishment for their affordability, friendliness and workability
Pros:

it’s not about liking the property. It’s also about liking the management staff who are fantastic and kind and understanding and most of all they’re humans like they understand mistakes happen or things come up and they work with you.

Overall affordable, considerate staff and a cute stay.
Pros:

It was cute and the place was very affordable, and the staff was very great. I could tell that they did their best to accommodate us and have everything ready for us to stay comfortably.

Cons:

The parking spots were a little tight, wish they had an extra space for an extra car. but to me it didn’t matter because there was street parking not too far, but I can’t understand how it can be uncomfortable leaving your car that area.

It was mostly decent, clean and good location.
Pros:

Convenient location, room was nice, beds are pretty hard. Worker was nice, but I had a little issue with bringing my service animal. Besides that, it’s a cute little place.

Cons:

Beds uncomfortable and had a little trouble with me having my service animal. The check in is a little difficult for someone with a disability to access.

The guy was rude that ran the front desk, and the hotel was very dirty. The controller to the tv didn’t even match . And the towels were brown not white . Yuck!

Noisy & uncomfortable.
Pros:

On PCH, it's LOUD 24/7!!! Doors slamming shut, traffic day in & out. Furniture was completely dated, it smelled like Indian food the entire time. Everything in the room was BROWN & OLD.
