Not so great stay in Novotel, Pune
Cons:

The Check IN was unpleasant as after check in my luggage was received after 40 mins and I have checked in at early morning hours of 12.20am. There was not too many checkin except mine but yet the staff was having a lethargic approach, even reminded from room, but yet no response.

On checking in my room, did not liked that there wasn't a table and chair instead a small hanging swing and a couch. A person like me who has an AVN Hip Joint issue can't even sit on such place and work as it was my business trip. I even told the staff but did not paid attention to request.

Finally I burst in anger and had to go back down from my room at 1.10am, to ask for my luggage and other details.

A bad experience overall. There are better options for the same price.

It was close to the Airport.

Cons:

This was a bad experience for the price we paid. I had booked for a car pick-up and confirmed with them twice before arrival yet no one showed up at the Airport then they claimed they never received the request despite having several WhatsApp messages as proof and them calling us while we were in the uber on our way there. We also had a late check-in at around midnight that we had confirmed before arrival yet when we came our room wasn't ready. We had to wait a long time in the lobby. When we ordered food later on they forgot our drinks as well. While they apologised in the morning, after check-out and several phone calls about the issues we had with their HR, they dismissed our complaints. Noone follewed up on despite them saying they would.
The bathroom had a see through glass instead of a normal door which got awkward when you travel with friends.
The open buffet was not very good either compared to other hotels we stayed in. There are better options within the same price range in the area.

Good staff specially Ajay Sachin and Shrushti was of great help with our stay experience

Cons:

The restaurant wasn’t adding the bill to the room which was bit tiring as we had our dinner very late and it was taking time due to which we requested them to add it on room but still they didn’t do it as we all were sleepy
