Pros:

The host is very welcoming. Check-in instructions very clear. Near the airport in a safe building. The apt was spotless clean, and great wifi for remote work. The snacks and coffee highly appreciated.
The only thing I missed as I had to connect my laptop, was a socket near the desk and some soap for hand/shower.
Comfy bed and good shower pressure..
It's convenient for the airport.

Pros:

I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels and met many hosts but this is by far the best service and hospitality I have ever experienced.
Great High-quality hospitality Thank you very much

Cons:

It could have done with a fridge but I am sure if I asked the hosts they would have put anything I wanted in their own fridge

Pros:

Great room, really quiet for an excellent nights sleep. Everything really clean and fresh. The residence is very close to the train station which is one stop from KLIA. The hosts are lovely people who made the check in very easy. Has a nice gym and very large pool/garden area on the room to walk around. Behind the property is a large array of all the food options you could want, as well as a very handy local shopping mall.
