The government is repairing the road so access is horrible at the moment. I feel bad for the staff because of lack of customers due to the poor road conditions.

The compond around the hotel and the restaurant looks shabby, bathroom hasn‘t been cleaned.

Access to Public Transpo is difficult if guests don't have their own vehicle.
The Tricycle drivers in Dagupan are Fare gougers and asks for double the normal fare.
