I’ll never stay in this hotel again.

The room was fine, comfortable

Cons:

The wifi at the hotel was out, couldn’t call the hotel, couldn’t pay with credit card because of the issue, couldn’t pay with check. Had to pay with cash. Had online to work do but could not due to no wifi. The wifi at this hotel had always been poor to start with for over the past couple of years. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 10 years for at least 15 nights per year.

Meets my needs when visiting Atoka or surrounding area
Pros:

I have stayed at this location a handful of times when visiting a loved one in the area. The price is very reasonable, the staff is always friendly. The rooms are older, but clean, and very roomy. I bring my own food as there is no continental breakfast or anything at this location, but there are nearby restaurants and grocery stores. I color my hair (red) and they offer specific towels for this situation so that their bright white towels get ruined. I appreciate this as I always feel bad when I stain hotel towels with my hair color. Keep in mind, this is not a 5 star resort hotel, but it is perfect for my needs and I've never noticed bed bugs (which I always look for in hotels/motels) or other pests in the room. There are no elevators. I would stay there again.

Cons:

A continental breakfast is always a bonus, but might increase the price. I don't tend to use the bedspreads and either bring my own blanket or use the spare blanket they provide (if there is one). The AC units are very loud and are either too hot or too cold...haven't quite found the happy medium yet, but not that big a deal for me.

Pros:

Beds were hard and bed bug infested and roach infested in the rooms. The door to the room did not latch when shutting it. No one stayed in office you had to call when you wanted to check in or out. It was just nasty.

Clean, Basic Motel Room
Pros:

This was a very basic, no frills facility. For the amount of money that we paid - it was an excellent value. We were in the area to attend a family member's funeral. We just needed a clean room to sleep in for this unexpected trip. The room was clean, & comfortable. The manager was very accommodating & she was very helpful solving a small issue with the toilet that wouldn't stop running. She dealt with the issue very promptly. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed while staying at the motel. If you want a fancy room with lots of amenities - this wouldn't be a good fit. But in our case - it was more than adequate to suit our needs.

Cons:

I have no complaints. Would stay again under similar circumstances.
