Cheap, efficient, unique
Pros:

The location is great, view is amazing and price is cheap. Staff was very friendly too

Cons:

Bed wasn’t soft. No tea or coffee and it was hard to block all the sunlight in morning

Uncomfortable, not terrible, overall we accepted our fate - but we will not stay there again.
Pros:

We liked the location - it is quiet but still close to all the good things in Dalat. And it is in an interesting area - there are several good food options nearby and the cafe right outside the front door is great. The view from our room was very good.

Cons:

Our room (503) had a bad smell coming out of the drains - we stopped it by putting wet towels over the drain holes. The bed was hard. The pillows were old, lumpy and smelled bad and only two pillows were provided. The room was awkwardly furnished and it was difficult to move around the room, there was no where to be comfortable. It was a bit dirty. No tea or coffee is provided in the room. The toilet is not at all private.

Very good value for money I would recommend
Pros:

The staff is nice. The big refrigerator, despite being shared among the few rooms.
A/C in the room which is something you can't find much in hotels in Dalat

True to its name, the hotel really did encourage us to slow down and enjoy the simple things.
Pros:

Location was great! Clean and simple place to stay. Generous space with minimal furniture.

Cons:

I prefer the beds not to be on the floor but the kids loved it.
