Damp and must ground floor room with very loud road noise.
Pros:

Relatively easy parking in the street around the corner; the large kitchen area could be useful if you need it.

Cons:

I had a ground floor room facing the main road. It was horrendously noisy due to traffic about a meter from the bedroom window and it was impossible to have a good nights sleep. I am usually able to sleep pretty much anywhere without issues but I really struggled with this room. The room was damp and musty which the owners try to cover with multiple plug in air fresheners. I had the window open to try and get some ventilation. But this just makes it more noisy. Even my cloths got a bit damp sitting in that room. It had a damp and dirty smell to it which was really unpleasant. I wouldn’t dream of staying there again. Not a nice experience.

Lovely place but need to warn customers of not road and zebra crossing.
Pros:

Good location on bus route. Very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was big with everything you would need to cook even though we only made a cup of tea. Communication was excellent and messages were answered quickly.

Cons:

On a very noisy road so if you’re in a front room you will need earplugs. There’s a zebra crossing right outside so we had the flashing light all night. One of the slats in the vertical blinds was missing so it didn’t block out the light. Black out blinds would be much better.

Deceiving pictures

Mo was quick response and helpful to sort problems ..garden was nice and kitchen was good for a communal one

Cons:

Rooms are tiny tired musty wet had an en suit which was tiny shower door coming off shower terrible toilet seet moved when sat on mould on wall by bed stains on bedding I managed to get clean ones from cupboard in kitchen to change no curtains used vehicle blinds right next to the bed which didn't stop the light and noisy from rd luckily we were at the back must be terrible at the front pictures on web site are very deceiving I wouldn't stay again personally but maybe for a single guy just wanting somewhere to rest his head ....as for value for money we were going to stay in a holiday in including breakfast was 65 a night this worked out the same price without breakfast and deceivingly small

very disappointed NOT what it seems, better in B&B
Pros:

the location is fine
the place was clean

Cons:

I was in room 6 which happens to be a room with no bathroom in it, the bathroom is all the way down stairs through the shared lounge and kitchen area, making it issue to use the bathroom through the night, as well as having to type in a code to use it
I wouldn't like to be caught short at night
also bathroom radiator didn't work and with bathroom being in what is a converted out building its freezing to use
also shared kitchen is not how me or a few others read, as it reads like each one has a kitchen in the FLAT but not even a kettle in the rooms
