Bad hotel
Pros:

The fact that is in the city center

Cons:

They do not use international credit cards so i had to fimd an ATM. BUT the reception was not happy to let me in the room, even i guaranteed on Booking with my Mastercard. The room was filthy, the carpet dirty, it smelled bad, mostly smoke even i asked a non smoking room and it was noisy from everywhere, even they said on Booking it is quiet. The personal speak only chinese, difficult to talk with them. At breakfast it was not coffee.
