it was a comfy and pleasant experience. the room itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. the location is also a big plus since it’s just a short walk from my school, which made it super convenient for us.
the process of getting the key felt a bit inconvenient. we had to go all the way up to their office on the 5th floor just to check in and claim it, which isn’t ideal especially if you’re carrying bags or arriving tired.
the front desk setup also didn’t feel very welcoming or organized, and i think it’s something they might want to reconsider improving for better first impressions.
also, i really wish they offered breakfast options. even just basic food or coffee in the morning would’ve made the stay more complete.

Silent room depending on side
Outdated, super simple, no real reception.
Staff was harassing whole night.
Problem was that at online booking did not mention deposit, guest had no money on her
but staff kept harassing her until after 2am
The staff was helpful and accomodating. They've let us drop the begs in the room well before check-in time. Extra requests were attanded to promptly. Aircon kept the room nice and cool.
No toilet seat.
The Property is a Gem it’s located right smack in the center of Manila we’re everything is it’s close to restaurants it’s close to malls and museums and all the places you want to go to and visit Theres jollibee and Starbucks nearby this is the most amazing place I have ever stayed in. The building is fantastic and the elevator is fast they allow early check ins which is a super bonus and the matre d’ known to be madamme Josette will escort you to your room and she is just amazingly very welcoming person and very used to all kinds of guests that if you came from a heavy travel or a long flight or you want to change place because your other place isn’t friendly, madame Josette will welcome you with a smile mr make you feel that Mervin terraces is your home away from home. About the beddings and the room it’s super clean there super good water and the view is amazing . I booked for 6 days I believe I was so busy working I checked in early and when it was check out time I was busy working I had to extend one more day because my stay was amazing. When you get at the property it’s a building condominium and you can ask for miss Josette if they have a monthly or yearly rental because sometimes they can give you a good price if your staying longer just like other Bnb’s and the price is amazing this is a good deal for solo, or couple or a whole company can rent their rooms I believe . I’m not sure how many but the beds are very comfortable . I was in and out running around there are a lot of coffee shops you can hang around the area printing press notary public’s , drugstores, fruit stores, supermarkets nearby. Don’t forget to leave a tip or treat Madame Josette in Starbucks or jollibee and miss Josette’s smile will make all your worries go away and you will definitely have a good nights sleep in mervins terraces. Descriptions are accurate location is accurate. I give this a 5 star rating.
The are has full of cars Theres no parking not just in the building but around the area this is good because I got to walk again and ride the train and motorcycle .
Disappointing to take my card’s information but let me pay the ampunt in full cash, credit cards not accepted in this dirty hotel
They let us paid the amount ₱150 for advance one hour check in, but we only stayed one day yet we paid for 2 days in full cash and refused to return the one day wr paid but didn’t stay in their dirty place.
Great size and value room with AC. Internet is stable.
