Consigliato!
Pros:

Questo piccolo hotel è ormai il nostro punto di riferimento quando rientriamo in Italia con il piccolo (10 mesi). La struttura è vecchio stile ma accogliente e perfettamente tenuta per quando concerne la pulizia. Lo staff ha molta esperienza in tema di bambini di tutte le età: ad esempio, la culla è preparata secondo i canoni previsti per i neonati (materassino adeguato, no spazi vuoti tra materasso e struttura della culla, etc). La posizione è comodissima all’autostrada A2 e c’è una bella vista sulle montagne circostanti. Colazione non eccelsa ma comunque di buon livello (e ottimo espresso!). Stanze al primo piano di qualità superiore e più moderne rispetto a quelle del secondo piano

Cons:

Non sono veramente lati negativi ma piuttosto punti su cui richiamare l’attenzione: 1) non c’è portineria notturna quindi in caso di arrivo in notturna c’è un sistema per la consegna delle chiavi d’ingresso (che funziona bene); 2) le prese sono svizzere “vecchio stile” quindi non compatibili con le Schuko o con le prese italiane a 3 uscite (ma compatibili con quelle a 2). Meglio avere con sé un adattatore universale

Pros:

Uns hat es alles gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und das Personal freundlich. Frühstück war auch gut, alles sehr frisch und lecker. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr gut gefühlt. Die Kleine (4 J.) war begeistert vom Spielplatz und hat sehr lange mit anderen Kindern gespielt.

Pros:

Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge!
Und es gibt Genügend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.
Der Apfelsaft beim Frühstück hat geschmeckt wie frisch gekeltert.
Auch das Personal ist wirklich nett!

Cons:

Das Licht im Zimmer und im Bad könnten etwa heller sein.
Außerdem Empfehle ich, ein Verlängerungskabel mitzunehmen, wenn man am Schreibtisch am Computer arbeiten möchte. Es gibt nur eine Steckdose am Bett.

Le Personnel est très accueillant et un bon service.
un endroit super pour les enfants, avec un grand parc et des attractions divers.

Cons:

Hôtel qui s’adapte aux enfants. Salle de jeux au top à côté du restaurant. Place de jeux à l’extérieur aussi.

Nous étions déjà venus il y a 4 ans et la
Nourriture du resto est tjs vraiment pas top, c’est vraiment dommage car tout est très bien pensé et le personnel très sympa. Ça me fait hésiter à revenir à cause de cela

Consigliato!
Pros:

Colazione semplice ma ricca, e staff molto attento e pronto a trovare soluzioni per i piccoli ospiti (piccolo di 5 mesi nel nostro caso). Grande attenzione ai bambini. L'hotel offre attività per i piccoli (sale giochi, babysitter in hotel) e in generale lo staff è estremamente attento alle esigenze delle famiglie. Ci si sente veramente a casa. Ottimo lavoro!

Cons:

La struttura non è nuovissima, ma la camera era comunque confortevole il giusto. Da notare l'assenza di prese Schuko (solo prese svizzere "tradizionali" a 3 fori asimmetrici) il che può essere un problema se si arriva, come noi, a notte fonda e si devono utilizzare apparecchi elettrici compatibili solo con Schuko
