Room had stains in almost every surface in the room. Had to change the room with extra fees. Got ripped off nevertheless

I wasn’t a pilgrim to keep eating the same food. Will not be returning to this place.

Reasonably good, mainly the location
Pros:

The breakfast in Tamarind was very good. I stayed for 8 nights.... on few days the vada did not fry well, the pongal was not made well. Please pay attention to these. Otherwise, staff were very friendly in Tamarind.

Bislrei water bottle in Tamarind is priced Rs 100, which is toomuch by any standards. Please look into it.

Cons:

the non-deluxe rooms look like 100 year old..... with strong smell of pest control spray.... renovate them urgently.

The ACs in Room 304 and 314 were not efficient.... so, please check ALL acs and ensure that they are in tip top condition.

When myself and my wife both are staying, always you gave only ONE towel.... we kept on asking for second one...

See, when it is mentioned as 2 people while booking, by default give them 2 of each.... towel, toothbrush, paste, shampoo etc....

and your quality of soaps and shampoo can be better.

Photos are misleading about the cleanliness. Cupboards and drawers and the cot are really not nice. The staff who checked me in was quite rude.
At check in, I double checked the price, asked to see the room before checkin, checked if the A/C and WiFi were functional. The manager staff at the reception kept telling me to stay if I wanted to stay or leave if I don’t want. Really rude. The manager was explaining that if I leave they can easily replace me with another booking etc. just found him extremely irritating and rude.
I asked for an iron box, and before I could use it, they took it back and said they’d return it for me to use. I never got it back.
