Pathetic. Please don't be fooled by their "Exceptional" rating. Its misleading.
Pros:

As a dog lover I liked only 1 thing about this property that they had a very cute Labrador dog.

Cons:

"I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The hotel did not meet my expectations for several reasons:

[Cleanliness Issues] – The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the hygiene standards were poor.
[Misleading Photos] – The actual condition of the property was very different from the images shown online.
[Poor Service] – The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns.
[Lack of Basic Amenities] – The promised facilities for my driver was unavailable. He had to sleep in the car.
Due to these issues, I decided to check out early and requested a refund for the unused nights, but the management was unwilling to accommodate my request. I would not recommend this place to others based on my experience."
