Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte. Mancava il Wi-Fi e la corrente è saltata, più volte ma per il resto tutto ok: stanza pulita, ambiente tranquillo e personale gentile.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione comoda, perfetta come base dopo aver visitato Palermo e come punto di relax prima di continuare la nostra vacanza. La piscina è davvero wow: olimpionica e con una vista mare, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una partita di tennis.
La sera, per non uscire dalla struttura, abbiamo provato anche il ristorante, dove le specialità siciliane sono davvero ottime.

Il vero valore aggiunto è sicuramente l’accoglienza, grazie alla Sig.ra Adriana, sempre gentilissima, disponibile e con consigli preziosissimi per proseguire la nostra vacanza.

Assolutamente consigliato!

Много зле организирано настаняване. В стаите беше мръсно,захабени кърпи,стари мебели. Климатикът не работи. Завивките бяха стари прашни одеяла. Не препоръчвам престой. Трябва да се избягва. Не остане там и се наложи в 22.00часа да сменим хотела без да разчитаме да ни върнат парите.

Per chi ama il silenzio e vuole tornare indietro hai giorni del gattopardo questo è il posto giusto .
Le stanze sono molto belle è comode, e si dorme nel totale silenzio

Posizione del parcheggio molto isolato soprattutto di sera . Colazione limitata visto che si tratta di un 4 stelle

Un salto nella Sicilia del Gattopardo

L’hotel si sviluppa in un intero suggestivo borgo di origine antica dominato dalla torre medievale. Ha un potenziale enorme che a mio parere meriterebbe un’attenzione maggiore.

Meget skuffende - et fantastisk sted og beliggenhed men med en utrolig dårlig service og dårlig mad
Cons:

Fik ikke den lejlighed jeg havde betalt for med 3 værelser før efter 4 dage pga ødelagt aircondition - fik i stedet et værelse med hems hvor air condition ikke virkede. På trods af klager i reception ingen refusion eller hjælp.
Måtte smide mad ud for EUR 100 da der kun var et meget lille køleskab i det nye værelse og ikke et stort som der var i den bestilte lejlighed.
Morgenmad - elendig, tørt brød, ingen varme retter, altid tomt uanset hvornår man kom og sjældent en tjener der gad fylde op med mindre man selv gik ud i køkkenet.
Pool ikke tilgængelig de sidste 3 dage.
Der skal bruges badehætte i pool - dette er ikke nævnt nogen steder og kun for turister - i weekenden når poolen er åben for de lokale bliver de ikke påbudt at bruge badhætte.

Cibo delizioso con un rapporto qualità/prezzo al di sopra di ogni aspettativa che non teme confronti. Pulizia delle camere impeccabile e disponibilità del personale davvero elevata ( in particolare evidenzio la notevole professionalità della responsabile della Reception Adriana e del Responsabile di sala Enzo supportato egregiamente dal bravissimo Giorgio......nota di merito ovviamente per lo chef...)

Cons:

Il programma di animazione potrebbe sicuramente essere potenziato valorizzando gli impianti sportivi presenti, alcuni dei quali avrebbero bisogno di interventi di manutenzione straordinaria....
