Sehr nette Gastfamilie! Obwohl wir nur drei Tage hier waren haben wir un sehr wohlgefühlt!

The elegance and history of the building. Great location. Rooms were beautiful and the outside terrace.

Tout était parfait, de la qualité de l'accueil, au véritable sens humain et relationnel des propriétaires, en passant par la qualité du lit, la propreté du logement, et son style totalement authentique.

Les hôtes sont adorables et le lieu, tout proche du centre dans une petite rue très calme, est absolument magnifique, que ce soit le bâtiment ou le jardin. Nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable séjour et encore un grand merci à Xisco, Isobel et Joël pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Excellent location in center of Soller, with beautiful garden and gorgeous mountain views! We would definitely stay again at S'Ardeviu!

Das Hotel ist einfach zauberhaft.
Es ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir bekamen Schirme und Handtücher für den Strand.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und jeden Tag gab es frischgepressten Orangensaft.
Es liegt total zentral und Restaurants, Geschäfte und die alte Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Im Garten konnte man zu jeder Zeit entspannen

The location is really close to the center

Beautiful old building in wonderful central, old town, location. Mountain views and serene courtyard garden.

Super beliggenhed

The location was amazing very close to the city center. The room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable after a long day. The hotel owners/staff were the nicest people who provided an amazing breakfast and advice about the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Isobel, Xisco and Joel are warm, kind welcoming and respectful hosts. The building itself feels authentically Mallorcan: high ceilinged, beamed rooms, interesting paintings adorn the walls (one can imagine that one is living in the rooms exactly as they were when it was a family home - and maybe we were! I, for one, felt like I was living in a movie).

The garden is a sweet haven of green, plants carefully arranged around lovely features which include a well, a folly, beautiful trees under which there
are comfy recliners in which to read; your only intruders are the odd cicada and a family of bee-eater birds.

As other have share, the breakfast on the terrace is a real invitation to let go of your work worries and humdrum life and bask in “being in the Mediterranean”, with fresh fruit, figs and apricots, and a ever rotation selection of meats, cheeses and breads - all complemented with the freshest squeezed oranges harvested from Xisco’s neighbour the day before. You could not ask for a better way to start the day (although we did initially miss being able to have our normal coffee in bed - as teas and coffees are provided in the lounge not the bedrooms).

Ask keen explorers and walkers we were given fantastic advice for how to fill our days (including superb hikes through olive groves, mountain passes and down to the Port of a swim) - and even hired a moped to go an explore some villages up the coast.

We felt more rested and together than our busy lives have permitted for many years - utterly grateful to this beautiful family, and their beautiful hotel.

We finished off our Mallorca Odyssey with trips to a Picasso and Miro Exhibition in Soller’s train station and the obligatory trip to the Cathedral in Palma (but the Mountains, the Olive tress and S’Ardeviu remained the true hero’s of this story!)

Top ontbijt zeer behulpzaam

super vriendelijke host, enorm goed ontbijt. perfect om tot rust te komen. oase van rust in het stadje. geweldige locatie. dankjewel om ons te ontvangen!

Frukosten var fantastisk. Speciellt miljön. Värdparet var också fantastiskt trevliga.

Absolutely loved the room, garden, breakfast and staff! Also it’s a fantastic location, tucked down a side street in the centre of Soller.

We had such a wonderful stay! The family who runs the property was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight every morning - delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sóller, making it easy to walk everywhere. The property itself is beautiful, charming, and full of character. We’d absolutely stay here again.
